NogginLabs rolls out Hibernia National Bank e-Learning Strategy

Chicago-based e-learning developer, NogginLabs, announces the successful rollout of Hibernia National Bank’s comprehensive e-learning strategy. NogginLabs delivered a custom, multi-tiered e-learning solution comprised of a pre-course internal communication campaign, an interactive, on-line product knowledge course, three performance based design seminars, and delivery of the NogginLabs Online Development Engine.
To prepare employees for the upcoming course and heighten their enthusiasm, NogginLabs delivered a staged, corporate communication plan. The entertaining, weeklong, interactive multimedia campaign, caught on immediately, receiving over 100% saturation.
The promotion was followed by the delivery of a richly interactive product knowledge e-learning course. The course, which is the centerpiece of the e-learning strategy, places product knowledge within a sales context that involves realistic simulations, simulated customers, and interactive games. The course not only educates new bankers about the basics of product knowledge and the sales process, but also allows experienced bankers to hone their skills, refresh their product and process knowledge, and refine their presentation skills. The product knowledge course was comprised of 20 5-6 minute reusable learning exercises (“Snippets”) to be used within the course and in conjunction with an existing on-line reference tool. Other aspects of the e-learning strategy included: learning portal branding, setup, and implementation, Perception QuestionMark implementation, and Zoomerang.com survey integration.
Looking toward the future of e-learning within Hibernia’s organization, NogginLabs provided a three-part series of e-learning seminars to the company’s training department and top executives. These seminars taught NogginLabs performance-based methodology, and provided Hibernia with focus and direction for their future e-learning initiatives. To ensure the effectiveness of e-learning at Hibernia, NogginLabs also delivered the NODE (NogginLabs Online Development Engine). This user-friendly, web-based software allows Hibernia not only to maintain the content of the Product Knowledge course and any other course delivered to them by NogginLabs, but also to create new courses on their own.
