NogginLabs, Inc. Wins coveted Award

NogginLabs, Inc. was recognized during a ceremony and reception held on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 in Santa Clara, Calif., as part of the 2007 Innovations in Learning Conference, held September 24-26. The winners are listed at http://www.brandon-hall.com.
The award winning course was designed for Abbott Laboratories to help train their sales representatives on a new drug the company was debuting this year. Through simulated conversations the sales representative must demonstrate their understanding of newly acquired product knowledge in the context of selling the drug while at the same time correctly interpreting the physician’s social/personality style. Failure to properly tailor the encounter to each doctor and proceed in the best manor will cause the physician to end the sales call abruptly. A point system is used to track the learner’s progress.The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Research, one of the leading research firms in training and development. Now in its thirteenth year, the Awards program showcases exceptional work in the use of learning technology.

Entries were submitted in the categories of Best Custom Content, Best Innovation in Learning Technology, Best Blended Learning Program, Best Learning Team, Best Results of a Learning Program, and Best Use of Emerging Technology. A total of 256 entries were originally submitted. The entries were evaluated by independent judges around the world.
