Look, nobody likes to be frustrated, right? Well, that all depends. We all hate being frustrated when something interferes with our plans for the day, or a well-intended attempt at a home improvement project goes horribly awry. But sometimes, frustration can be fulfilling. Why do gamers spend hours playing through the same level or world, unable to beat it? Simple: the harder it is, the more fulfilling when they beat it. Frustration fuels triumph in that situation.
