The Instructional Genome is an artificially intelligent set of engines working together to create a complete e-learning experience. It identifies, categorizes, and systematizes the learning potential of any audience by streamlining the e-learning development process. Based on rule-sets we created, we captured all optional components of how performance-based e-learning content has been delivered and implemented in our product.
Using this tool has allowed our organization to identify and package 40-50% of the instructional design chain. The Instructional Genome was a major factor in NogginLabs receiving the Innovate Illinois Award honoring the state’s most inventive companies.
