Case Study: Large Pharmaceutical Company
The solution: A robust, performance-based sales simulation where salespeople interact with simulated doctors, each with different personality traits. We indexed experts at the point of need to deliver relevant anecdotes about the topic at hand; when learners make mistakes, these anecdotes help get them back on track. We built this course in just eight weeks – including a full Medical and Legal review by the client and time off for the December holidays – all while walking through seven feet of snow every day to reach the office.
The results: A smashing success! Salespeople and management both saw a positive impact on performance, and the client’s learning department created buzz by spreading the word about the power of e-learning. This course earned us another Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning award, which was a nice bonus.
What does the relationship look like now? At any given time NogginLabs is working on three to four high-impact e-learning courses with this client. We are partnering to push the envelope far past this initial success. We are actively building several goal-based scenarios, Level-4 SimCity learning games, and full expert ASK systems. In short – it’s going well!
